Registration fee for all retreats is $65.00 payable online with a credit or debit card; in cash; Evergreen; or check (payable to Loyola University Maryland). This fee covers transportation, lodging at Loyola Retreat House, meals, and all other expenses for the weekend. Payment should be returned with your completed registration form to Anne McSweeney in the Campus Ministry Office (Cohn Hall). If you are submitting your registration online, payment is due within 3 days of submission. Scholarships are available upon request.
If you are unable to attend the retreat, your payment is refundable only if cancellation occurs at least one week before the retreat is scheduled. If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the retreat begins, we will not be able to refund your money.
Please be aware that there is limited space at the Loyola Retreat House and that registration is conducted on a first come, first serve basis. If your registration is received after the retreat has reached capacity, you will be placed on a waiting list. Payment will not be due unless you are guaranteed a space on the retreat.
