Retreat Registration Policy 2015-2016
The registration fee for all retreats is $75.00. All payments are payable by credit or debit card, Evergreen, cash or check (payable to Loyola University Maryland). The fee covers transportation, lodging, meals, and all other expenses for the weekend. The entire cost of a weekend retreat for one student is $175.00. Campus Ministry subsidizes $100 of the retreat cost per student.
All retreats require a $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due at time of registration to guarantee space for retreat.
FULL PAYMENT IS DUE SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO RETREAT.
- If cancellation occurs, payment is refundable only if it occurs at least one week (7 days) before the retreat is scheduled.
- If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the retreat, payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If cancellation occurs before the one-week cut off, the $25 deposit is still NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If registration is received after a retreat has reached capacity, you will be placed on a wait-list.
- Payment for wait-list participants is not due unless guaranteed space on the retreat.
